Coaching Services Contract

This Coaching Services Contract is entered into by and between Petra Drouin, hereinafter referred to as "Coach", and the individual enrolling in services, hereinafter referred to as "Client".
Scope of Services
The Coach agrees to provide professional coaching services in the area of shopping addiction recovery and financial wellness. The Services may include but are not limited to individual sessions, group sessions, assessments, and personalized action plans. The Services shall be administered online.
Session Schedule and Location
The coaching sessions shall be scheduled by appointment.
Fees, Payment, and Expenses
The Client agrees to pay the Coach a fee of $65 per session. Payment shall be made in advance online. Any additional expenses incurred by the Coach in the course of providing the Services shall be reimbursed by the Client, provided such expenses are pre-approved by the Client.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
The Client may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours' notice. In the case of late cancellation or no-shows, the Client will be charged $30.
Confidentiality
The Coach agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information disclosed during sessions. Confidential information does not include information that: (i) is or becomes public knowledge other than by a breach of this clause; (ii) is received from a third party who lawfully acquired it and who is under no obligation to restrict its disclosure.
Relationship of Parties
The Coach is engaged as an independent contractor. Nothing herein shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Contract at any time with 3 days' written notice to the other party.
Limitation of Liability
The Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages under any circumstances. The Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach.
Intellectual Property
Any materials provided during coaching sessions are for the Client's personal use only and may not be redistributed without the Coach's written permission.
Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by the laws of Colorado.
Entire Agreement
This Contract contains the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes all prior communications, understandings, and agreements relating to the subject matter hereof, whether oral or written.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties execute this Coaching Services Contract as of the date of enrollment.

Note: By engaging in coaching services with Compulsive Shopping Coach, clients acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Coaching Services Contract.
